Thieves! Do not give these thieves your money.

We ordered the ball almost a month ago, the only response you get when doing a status check, is it's being shipped. Well it's being shipped for two weeks, without a tracking number. The company says when it's shipped they will send you a tracking number, never happened. Thieves, dirtbags.

Do not buy anything from these effffn THIEVES. Our bank is going through the process of getting our money back.

They returned my call and email promptly and corrected the error! They were very accommodating and emailed me back the credit!

Ok, I was going to buy it, until I saw all of these comments. Yet, on other sites and YouTube videos, the dogs seem happy, and the posts are mostly positive, so I'm just not sure if this site is just for mad customers, and not everyone's reviews.. I personally bought my GSD puppy a ball like it, and he loves it, and it's held up for the first 4 months, but the lights on this model seem cool, and I just got a liberty.

I totally don,t understand why the consumer has to explain why your company is totally incompetent when order something and you can not deliver the goods ordered so I guess your going to run the consumer through hoops .Hope my credit card will help me Thanks for nothing order#3642A12236

Its been 8 weeks since I ordered and paid over $100 for 3 pet balls and they are still not here. Customer service finally responded to my inquiry saying there were delays in restocking.

Yet now I see they are being offered at a big sale price!

This company has to be fraudulent. Dont waste your money.

I never received this gimmick. They were quick to take my money but I never received the product.

When I called about not receiving the balls she just said that they were out of stock. Dont waste your time or money on this scam!!

The Peppy Pet Ball V2 is experiencing shipping delays and is expected to ship within a couple of weeks.

Have not received my peppy pet ball has been 3 months give me a refund immediately or send me my item i called and spoke with customer service 2 times and was told my they havent received their shipment yet and as soon as they receive theirs they'll ship my ball out like i said it been 3 months RIDICULOUS

I keep being told that my order is in process but it has been 6 weeks. Please call with order status.

The website is confusing and tries to add other items to the Order. Did not know that first order was executed and it had the wrong quantity. Called telephone number but got answering service.

Dec 2021, ordered dog ball. Paid with Pay Pal and never received item for $60.98.

All contact avenues places consumer in a no contact loop to hold them accountable.

All out fraud reported to Pay Pal.
